Donald Fraser Titt was born to Cyril Ernest and Margaret Ethel Titt of Rockwood.

Sergeant Titt was a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force . He died in service overseas at the age of 19 on October 22, 1944 and is buried at the Chester (Blacon) Cemetery, Cheshire, United Kingdom.
